My name is Joe Nathan Poole, and I am the owner of JP's Real Estate Inspections.  I am a Professional Inspector, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, License No. 6868.  I have been providing structural and mechanical facilities engineering services, both residential and commercial, in Houston since 1984, and I have conducted property inspections for many high profile companies.  I also hold an electrical license, and I have been providing electrical services and inspections to the Houston community for the past twenty-two years.

*I fulfill 16 hours of continuing education every year.

*I am available on Saturdays and Sundays. (call for appt.)

*I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.
